Organization Development Trends and Focus Areas

Presented by Jamie Kelly, President of ODN

Jamie will begin by presenting a brief "state of the national OD scene" report, and a quick overview of the national OD Network conference (which featured renowned speakers Robert Kegan, Verna Myers, Susan Foley, Ed Schein, and David Sibbet).

Most of our program will be spent exploring the recent shifts in OD's theories and identities. For example:

Do you agree we're shifting from being objective outsiders to engaged participants?

Are we really shifting from being consultants and hosts to thinking partners?

We will spend a majority of our session collaborating with one another to discover whether or not we're feeling these shifts in our own practices and what impact that may have on our future.
