About the Omaha OD Network

Organization Development is a field of study and practice focused on creating and sustaining organizational cultures that advance business strategy and enhance organizational effectiveness.

The Omaha OD Network is the premier networking and career development organization for OD professionals in the greater Nebraska area.

We encourage anyone interested in OD to become a member, and join us as we explore a variety of OD-related topics including: strategies for OD practitioners, innovation, leadership development, practical coaching tools, and much more!

Take part in our engaging monthly meetings. Meetings are held from 7:30 - 9:00 am on the fourth Wednesday of most every month, except in November and December when they are held earlier due to the holidays. Every meeting features a speaker presentation on topics designed to move you and your organization forward.

We also offer informal opportunities to explore, learn, share and inspire by collaborating with others at our monthly Stammtisch. These gatherings are free to members and invite a open exchange of ideas for discussion.
