Employees who participate in professional development experience greater productivity, job satisfaction, retention, performance, and confidence. With these benefits, it is hard to argue its importance. Professional development programs come in various shapes and sizes and have a range of costs, but they make a significant impact.

Katie is a Senior Talent Development Specialist for TaborStreet, where she partners with business units to impact the culture and engagement of employees through professional and leadership development programs and individual development plans. She is as passionate about the learning journey of others as she is about her own. Katie is a Certified Change Practitioner, DiSC Facilitator, Certified Professional in Talent Development, and has an ATD Coaching Certificate. Katie has been a member of ODN since January 2022 and serves on the board. Katie adores her three daughters and her dog and loves reading and painting.
