The reality for OD practitioners is this: If we do not contribute to the field and collaborate within our practice, we will lose our relevance. This highly-interactive session will use a future search/world café approach to collectively and visually identify the trends and practices that must be fostered to keep us moving forward. We will recognize the past, understand our present, project into the future, and discover what we need to do to prepare as the Greater Omaha OD community of practice.
