Kathy is a certified coach and facilitator with 30 years of experience that started in restaurant management. After marrying her husband and moving to Nebraska, she owned and operated a UPS Store for 18 years. She also served on many local area and state boards of directors for economic development, healthcare, business, and professional women. She has been a leader in organizations of 5 people to 1300 in both the for-profit and nonprofit business worlds. She now serves as the Development Director for Leadership Resources.
