Leading Through Prolonged Organizational Trauma and Crises:
Moving From Stress to Stability
Facilitated by Carly Speranza, Speranza Leadership Solutions
While the pandemic has passed, most organizations are still experiencing trauma and reacting to post-pandemic fallout. In the last 24+ months, many organizations have experienced financial, retention, and/or employee burnout. This presentation will differentiate between trauma and burnout and then provide real-world practices and recommendations to help leaders and organizations move forward with a healthier and more effective workforce. Leading a traumatized, exhausted workforce takes exceptional skill and empathy, but it can be done.
Participants will leave this session with a greater ability to recognize trauma and burnout, and with tools to engage and proactively strengthen trust and resilience in themselves and the workforce.
