Overcoming Objections and Obstacles to EI Initiatives
Facilitated by Maureen Brauer, MOSAIC
The increased awareness that Emotional Intelligence brings empowers individuals to own their behavior, recognize patterns, make better decisions, and improve the way they communicate with others. These skills lead to gains in many business outcomes and especially leadership proficiency. So, why is it so challenging to get buy-in for Emotional Intelligence Initiatives? This interactive session will review the most common objections to EI initiatives and provide actionable insight for overcoming them.
Members will practice building a business case and will gain tools for overcoming the most common objections to EI initiatives that helps them secure the investment they need to launch EI initiatives. They will also take away resources that can be used to design EI initiatives and embed EI into the culture.
