Our Talent Management Journey
Facilitated by Jessica Langenberg & Gina Mostek,
Farm Credit Services of America
The approach an organization takes to talent and performance management has a huge impact on not just teammate success, but on measurable outcomes like employee engagement, retention, and business results. In this session we’ll explore one organization’s Talent Management journey with a specific focus on performance assessments – from formal, to informal and back again – with a focus on wins, challenges, the balance we’ve struck, and lessons learned along the way.
Members will understand why cultural alignment, transparency and teammate empowerment are important in talent and performance management processes.
