Where does an organization begin when making a significant cultural and technological shift in the areas of core competencies and performance management? This workshop will provide your organization with a few pointers to help you get started. And provide insight into how to implement a new process and new technology at the same time.

Members will have the steps and knowledge to assist in successfully implementing a significant cultural and technology change in their organizations. In addition, they will have tips to optimize adoption.

Kelly Cranor has 19 years in the transportation industry at a Fortune 150 company with 15 years in Human Resources. She has held a number of roles in Human Resources in the areas of benefits, shared services, compensation, learning and development, technology and most recently organization development. Kelly takes pride in being an advisor to the many stakeholders that she serves throughout the organization. And has a passion for creating “Moments that Matter” in the employee experience. Before life at Union Pacific Railroad, Kelly was a mutual fund sales coordinator at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. (now Wells Fargo Advisors). In her personal time, she loves to run, camp, hike and spend time with her two rescue hounds (Linguine and Zucchini).
