Taking Strategy and Making it a Reality
Facilitated by Jen Wichern, Rebekka Erks-Byrne, Tom Nimps - Nebraska Blue
Taking an over-arching enterprise or department strategy and turning it into something tangible, measurable, and impactful can be challenging, and even the best organizations struggle with ensuring this happens. Utilizing a set strategic framework increases the likelihood of success. We will share a framework that focuses on the why, what, how and outcomes of the strategy, and includes ways to keep people top of mind, even if they aren’t the primary focus of the strategy. Truly understanding the outcomes your leaders are striving for and focusing on key levers that you can impact as an organization development practitioner helps build trust and value for both leaders and employees.
Members will be able to identify how they can impact overall enterprise or department strategy and align it to talent. They will also walk away with a simple to use framework to help leaders identify, plan, implement, and measure strategic initiatives.
