Creating and Maintaining Security Culture with Remote Teams

Facilitated by Bobby Brumfield, Leonum Advisors

It's pretty clear that for many organizations the shift to Remote Workers may be the new normal.

This new normal is a considerable security vulnerability that is going to require Senior Leaders to exercise "soft skills" more effectively and efficiently in order to create a protective culture and maintain the collaboration within our teams that a physical disconnection can erode.

Participants will leave understanding how important human

connection/engagement is with Remote Workers in the protection of the

organization.

They will be empowered to utilize “soft skills” far more intentionally, when

communicating, collaborating and implementing protections for the organizations people, property, processes, systems and brand.

Bobby is a Security Management Professional who brings a combined 30+ years in military, law enforcement, nonprofit and corporate sector experience to advise, develop and implement security culture and management strategies for small and medium-size businesses (SMB).

He works with a team of experts in physical & cyber-security, human capital and crisis communications who delivers advisory services, training, operational support and interim crisis management to ensure the protection and continuity of our clients.
