Yeah, We Do That: The Importance of Process

Dr. Kim Hoogeveen

Many organizations adopt impressive labels for their programs and processes, yet actual implementation falls far short of what could (and

should) be. In Yeah, we do that Dr. Hoogeveen will talk about the importance of process. Through stories and examples from multi-year winner of Omaha's Best Places to Work - Quality Living, this program will look at the gap that often exists between what an organization (or individual leader) claims to do versus the reality of their day-to-day actions. Utilizing his MindSet model, Dr. Hoogeveen will explain what MindSet calls Sit Back Down! the need to not stop thinking after one decides WHAT to do, but to vigorously consider the HOW and the WHO.

Dr. Hoogeveen is the creator and owner of MindSet®, an innovative, functional, and expansive leadership training, consultation, and executive coaching company. He is also the founder of Quality Living, Inc. Often in demand as a speaker, Kim has made presentations to or consulted with scores of organizations and companies from throughout the Midwest. Dr. Hoogeveen is also a licensed psychologist, holding his doctorate from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Kim is married, has two sons, and lives in Bellevue, Nebraska.
