All organizations want to attract, develop, and retain high potential employees (HiPo’s) for current and future success.  HiPo’s are employees who have the ability and aspiration to become successful leaders within your organization.  A high potential employee is usually in the top 5% of employees in an organization.  What makes a high potential employee, and how vital are they to your organization?  Please join your peers in this engaging, interactive presentation where you will learn more about the research, statistics, challenges, and best practices around identifying, developing, managing, and keeping high potential employees.

Members will increase their understanding on the importance of high potential employees and will walk away with new ideas and best practices regarding HiPo’s to leverage in their own organization.

Jeannie is a Senior Account Executive with Wilson Learning who has been in the learning and development industry since 2003.  She currently works with organizations around the world to drive results through human performance improvement in the areas of sales effectiveness, leadership development, and customer service.  Jeannie’s past experience includes positions with Union Pacific Railroad, General Electric, AchieveGlobal, and Gartner.  Jeannie is a Creighton University graduate who brings a successful track record, innovative and value driven ideas, and a passion for learning that her customers appreciate.
