Connecting the Agile and the OD dots

Facilitated by Leslie Reimer-Technology Manager, Gallup

Developing an organization to be more effective in accomplishing its desired goals is what OD is all about.  Uncovering better ways of developing software is what Agile is all about.  Connecting the dots between the two concepts is easier than you might imagine, in fact, many organizations are levering both concepts.  In this session, Leslie Reimer will share real world examples where OD and Agile connected to make a significant impact on the ability to achieve business goals.

Members will leave the session with a clear understanding of how OD and Agile merge beautifully to help organizations reach their goals.  After participating in an experiential learning activity that has proven to be very effective, members will see first-hand how combining Agile and OD thinking can work for them as they return to work and tackle the next big goal.
