 Harnessing the Power of Intention

Facilitated by Laura Roccaforte, The Learning Exchange

As Organization Development practitioners, we are in the business of helping organizations to achieve greater effectiveness, including increased financial performance and improved quality of work life.  We help organizational leaders to assess current functioning and achieve goals.  And, our work is oriented to improving the total system – the organization and its parts in the context of the larger environment that impacts the whole.

Yet, we don’t often apply that same understanding of system thinking to achieve greater effectiveness, improved financial performance and improved quality of life in our own lives.   Over the past 5 years, I’ve taken a few days at the beginning of the year to reflect on the past year and set specific intentions for the New Year.  I’d like to share what I do, the type of outcomes I’ve achieved and provide you with an opportunity to use a tool to create the outcomes you most want in your life.

Members will have a tool to continue to create a personal plan that will help them to achieve what they most want in the coming year.  They will know clearly what’s most important to them and be able to remain focused and clear about their highest intentions.
