Plan to join us for the November ODN Monthly Program on the topic of succession planning. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday - we are meeting the week before, November 17th at our permanent meeting placeThompson Alumni Center at UNO.

About the Program:

Most organizations know that succession planning is something they should do, but few take the steps to implement a formal process.  A recent survey by i4cp and HR.com (2008) found that only 45% of companies conduct formal talent reviews.  This presentation will provide insights into the identification and development of high-potential leaders.  Mutual of Omaha will be used as a case study to show how you can use a high potential program to fill your succession pipeline.  Additionally, we will share our most difficult challenges and some of our key lessons learned from the design of our program.
