Situational Coaching with Organizational Leaders
~ facilitated by April Kassen
Coaching is not a one size fits all approach. As an organizational development practitioner it’s important to be adaptable and help our customers grow and develop yet keep focused on the organizations strategic initiatives. Situational coaching is a method which builds coaching into an organization as an acceptable and sought after practice. The end result providers organizational leaders with the confidence to achieve more and builds buy in and value for internal organization development teams.
Members will walk away with a better understanding of how to use coaching as a tool to drive organizational accountability; gain a sense of scalability to build a coaching model that fits their bandwidth; explore the advantages and disadvantages using a sample model.
