"Organization Development Trends and Focus Areas"

Presented by Jamie Kelly, President of ODN

Jamie will begin by presenting a brief "state of the national OD scene" report, and a quick overview of the national OD Network conference. She will also give an update on the OD Certification – where they’re at in the process. She is on the national committee designing the OD competency structure this certification will be built around, and she will be doing an activity to get our input in the session.

The rest of our session will be spent in Open Space uncovering passions of our participants so everyone will have ample time to explore, learn, and share with one another. This will be a great way to connect and inspire one another. Please join us to explore these ideas - we need you in the conversation!
