How well do you utilize data analytics and tools to manage change and enhance your organization’s culture? The ways in which information is collected, utilized, and communicated can impact your organization’s culture and every stage of the employee life cycle, from the early stages of recruitment and selection to the effective retention of highly talented staff.
Come to June’s session on 6/25 where Victoria Kennel and Jina Picarella of SilverStone Group will share some of SilverStone Group’s practices in using analytics, tools, and information to facilitate the change management as organizations enhance their culture. Victoria and Jina will describe SilverStone’s comprehensive approach to retention through the use of analytics and tools focused on strategic planning, employee selection, development, engagement, and retention.
SilverStone Group’s Human Capital Consulting (HCC) division works to help clients maximize the power of their people. We believe that optimizing the performance of your people leads to optimal business performance. The consultants within SilverStone Group’s rapidly growing HCC division have extensive experience in organizational development issues, from leadership development and training, to personnel selection and employee engagement, and compensation plan design and compliance reviews.
Jina, as a Senior Consultant, Jina works as a member of our Human Capital Team to provide insight and perspective to her clients in the areas of organizational development and leadership development. Specifically, Jina aids clients with assessment and coaching, succession planning, talent and performance management, organizational culture, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
