The focus of this presentation is to equip OD professionals with a clear understanding of what assessments are available, when to use them, why they matter, and how to deploy them effectively. Additionally, I will help you choose the right assessment strategy to meet your needs and guide you through common pitfalls and implementation challenges.

Dr. Andy Noon is the Founder of Decatur Street Consulting, a leadership advisory firm specializing in succession planning, leader identification and development, and executive coaching. Andy has over 20 years of experience as a Talent Management Executive at organizations such as Mutual of Omaha, Valmont Industries, and Nebraska Medicine. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Psychology and is a certified executive coach. Andy is an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he teaches MBA and Executive MBA students.
