In fact, research shows that retirees spend a lot of time preparing for the financial elements of retirement and almost no time preparing for the realities of leaving one's life work and the identity work provides.

Organizations often frame succession planning in terms of developing high-potential employees for their next position. This process falls short when it ignores the needs of the retiree. The gold watch or the retirement party is not enough.

Lori and Ginny recognized a gap in how people prepare for a vital and healthy retirement. Together, they co-founded VividNext to help individuals navigate life's transitions with clarity, energy, and purpose.
