Strategic Planning: Pain Points and Collaborating for Solutions
Facilitated by Pam Nienaber, Bryan Health
A strategic plan helps define and share the direction of your company. Traditionally, a plan could attempt to cover three to five years. Now, leaders are needing to navigate their organization through complex environments and make decisions with uncertainty. Leaders find the process important but not without its pain points. This presentation will lean on the power of the group's knowledge to work through solutions to common challenges organizations and leaders face in the workplace.
Participants will leave this program equipped with new ideas to put into practice to advance their organization's strategic planning process.
