Scenario-based OD Interventions

This energizing program will feature the expertise of…YOU! One of the key principles in organizational development and human performance technology is the importance of collaboration and the “collective brain.”

Groups will tackle case study scenarios based on real-life issues faced by small, medium, and large-sized companies. Using your experience and knowledge, you will identify the key issues, consider options for addressing those issues, and present your suggestions to the larger group for additional insights and feedback.

Whether you’re a seasoned OD “expert” or someone new to the field, you’ll find this experience fun, rewarding, and challenging as you contribute and learn.
