Your growing edge is that area of life where there is potential ready to be tapped into. Whether it’s diving deeper into an area where you’ve only scratched the surface, stretching yourself to use your expertise in a new way, or blazing a new, unfamiliar, path into a new space - it’s having a growth mindset and focusing in on what needs to be explored.

At ODN we want to help you all explore, learn, share, and inspire yourself and others. What better way to do that than to create peer mentoring groups where we can help encourage one another to lean into our growing edge!

Our January program will be used to assemble peer mentoring groups and share our growing edge intentions for 2022. Come prepared to share your intentions for your growing edge and prepared to support others in their journey. You will leave the session with a mentoring group for 2022.

Jamie Kelly is credentialed coach and consultant focused on strengthening conversations, engagement and cognitive diversity. Her coaching work is primarily focused on retirement coaching - specifically helping others find purpose and meaning during retirement. Her consulting work is primarily focused on Emergenetics and leadership development. Jamie has her M.S. in Organizational Performance, has earned her coaching credential as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation, is an Advanced Emergenetics Associate, was certified as a Gallup Strengths Performance Coach, and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD). She is also certified in The Leadership Circle's 360-degree assessment. She continues to build professional experience in coaching, organization development, leadership, and consulting - fields she has worked in since 1997.
