The starting point of strategic thinking and value innovation is to think differently, do different things, and do things differently. We challenge the conventional practices and common wisdom. We rethink the ways we do things. We revolutionize industries. We reinvent our business models. Ultimately, we provide a unique mix of value to our customers.
Participants of this session can expect to learn how iconic organzations have fallen and how to keep organizations strategically resilient, and how to build a strategic vision that continuously renews its value propostion to customers.
Our facilitator is Dr. Andrew Hoh, Associate Professor of Management at Creighton University College of Business Administration in Omaha.
