Jamie will begin by presenting a brief "state of the national OD scene" report, and a quick overview of the national OD Network conference. She will share various themes and trends that were most discussed at the conference, and lead us in a discussion about whether or not we see those as top trends here locally as well.
She will also give an update on the Global OD Practice Framework, including sharing a video being released where top OD experts from around the world share their input on the framework. She will share how the launch of the framework was received at the conference and what’s on the horizon. She has been on the national committee designing this framework for 3 years, and can also share some insight on how it will be used as a basis for the body of knowledge for the upcoming OD certification and other various tools.
She can also give us a glimpse of what it’s like to now be a part of their National OD Board, as she is a Trustee overseeing the National ODN Social Media Committee.
