Organization Development Trends and Focus Areas

Robin will begin by presenting a brief "state of the national OD scene" report, and a quick overview of the Global OD Network/IODA conference.

Most of our program will be spent collaborating with one another and getting a sneak peek at the OD Competency Model that that is currently under development. We will end the program with looking at how music and OD can be beautifully linked together.
