Ever feel like you work with teams that are stranded on separate islands? Like you can see those people over there, but you aren’t sure what they are doing and you know they have no idea what it is your team is doing? Working in silos is an all too familiar problem plaguing many companies.

In this session Mischele Lindley will lead us through an exercise and discussion about why silos are dangerous and how we can overcome some of the barriers of a silo’d organization.
