Creating a Culture of Accountable Leadership

~ facilitated by Lori Stohs, Think Whole Person Healthcare/Lori Stohs Consulting

As leaders we need to drive the People Strategy in our organization and create a positive culture for each individual to be engaged. As a collaborative partner to our business units, it’s up to us to make it feel natural and comfortable to create clear expectations and accountability. How do you create accountability in your culture to create, develop, maintain and grow the culture you desire?

Members will have an understanding of why it’s important to lead and create a culture and environment of collaborative partnerships with the business. Why we should be driving the engagement of the people and the people strategy. Members will be able to connect the dots through the recruiting and selection process to the culture and individual engagement of employees and how to start having the conversations and advising their leaders or business partners at a new level.
