Moving Corporate Culture and Engagement Forward:  Don't stop after surveys

~ facilitated by Rikki Wardyn

Creating a positive work culture where people thrive is so important to the success of the employee, leader and organization.  Utilizing a pre/during/post action planning approach is a best practice that will be shared.  This includes details on how to prepare for the first action planning session, what suggested activities can be used during the session and then what happens after the session.  Employees should trust that you/their leader will take their feedback seriously and act on the employees ideas, thoughts and comments.

Members will have an understanding why culture and engagement action planning is so important in sustaining a positive environment.  Members will be able to utilize action planning tips shared throughout the program.
